2- Purposes

The processing of personal data by the Académie du Service has the following main objective:

  • Management of awareness, advice and training missions in Customer Relations, client companies and prospects

and the following secondary objectives:

  • Customer and prospect support
  • Studies and analyses of the use of services, particularly for the purpose of improving sites and services
  • Litigation management

Thus, the Académie du Service processes personal data concerning you in the context of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship that binds you to the Académie du Service. A contractual relationship, governed by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, exists when you have placed an order with the Académie du Service. A pre-contractual relationship exists when you have expressed an explicit interest in an intervention by the Académie du Service, in particular when you have requested information or a commercial proposal concerning an advice or training service from the Académie du Service.
